Chinaza Philip, a reputed kidnapper who had been terrorizing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and its neighboring state, was reportedly confirmed to have been apprehended by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Command of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
