Former President Muhammadu Buhari’s adviser and member of the All Progressive Congress, Bashir Ahmad, responded to a comment made on X by a user stating that he couldn’t understand why Peter Obi is seen by millions of Nigerians as the best candidate to lead the country. He wrote on his page;
“After listening to Peter Obi, I find it challenging to comprehend how millions of Nigerians view him as the ideal leader to move the nation forward”.
However, Bashir Ahmad has now reacted to the statement that was made by the X user. In a post that he shared on his official page, he said millions of Nigerians don’t view Peter Obi as the ideal leader. He said they are merely leveraging the former governor of Anambra state as a means to further their personal agenda.
Bashir Ahmad wrote on his page page.
