Addressing the topic, Dennis said, “We have talked about this many times. We are not approaching the problem the way it should be approached. We allow these non-state actors to come in. There were bandits, and now we call them terrorists, but they run around and do what they want to do. before taking off.”
He added, “We are playing with these people; clearing them is not a problem. They cannot stand the might of the Nigerian army, which is one of the best in Africa. Also, the security agencies and the police are there, but why are we not deploying them properly? It is because the political will is not there. This is the basic issue.
