Atiku Abubakar Responds After It Was Reported That He Left The PDP For Another Political Party

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president of the nation and the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, has responded to rumors that he has defected to other political parties. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

In response, Atiku Abubakar stated that he had seen the purported research and claimed to have quit the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), calling the article a work of pure mischief that had no reality. He continued by stating that he still supports the union of the opposition parties and that he is a devoted member of the Peoples Democratic Party, or PDP.

Atiku went went on and noted that President Tinubu relentless pursuit of personal agendas at the expense of national governance is glaring, noting that his “myopic focus on 2027 betrays a disregard for the pressing needs of the entire country.”

Atiku went made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Tuesday afternoon, while reacting to the alleged report.

In addition, he noted that his media team is working tirelessly to counter “his baseless claims,” noting that this should be a wake-up call to all Nigerians. He noted that the pursuit of power must not for any reason overshadow the of effective governance in the country.
