The National Anthem Bill has passed its first, second, and third readings in one sitting, according to PREMIUM TIMES. The story went on to say that MPs from opposing parties participated in the process, which was carried out in the green chamber.
However, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour has now reacted after the report surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official X handle on Friday, he said they don’t like the verse that says; “O God of creation”.
Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour wrote on his page;
“They don’t like this verse; O God of creation. Direct our noble cause. Guide Our leaders right. Help our youth “the truth” to know. In love and honesty to grow. And live in just and truth. Great lofty height attain. To build a nation where peace and justice shall reign”.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
