Aiyedatiwa Gave Akeredolu His Bullet Proof Car When He Was Pronounced As The Candidate In 2012-According toIdowu Ajanaku

Idowu Ajanaku, a former director of media and publicity for the Akeredolu campaign organization in 2012, has provided insight into the historical background of late Governor Akeredolu’s deputies. Specifically, he has highlighted the stark differences between Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the second deputy governor in 2016, and the first deputy, who was seen as an outsider within the party. He mentioned how Akeredolu was given a bulletproof automobile by current governor Aiyedatiwa in 2012 so he could travel to Ondo state after being selected as the ACN’s candidate. He underlined that evident difficulties resulted from the former deputy’s ignorance of Akeredolu. Nonetheless, he emphasized the beneficial relationship and synergy that exist between Akeredolu and Aiyedatiwa. He said in an interview with Arise Tv, ”The first deputy that Akeredoku had in 2016 when he became the governor of Ondo state was an outsider within the party. There has never been a progressive member of our party and the fact that he didn’t understand Akeredolu, we could see what transpired. But Aiyedatiwa is contrary to what that man is. Aiyedatiwa gave Akeredolu his bulletproof car when he was pronounced as the candidate in 2012. For him to drive back to Ondo state. That is the kind of synergy and relationship that existed between Aiyedatiwa and Akeredolu. And when Akeredolu got to Ondo State, Senator Alasoadura was appointed as the director general of the campaign. I was appointed as the director of media for the campaign.
