After Some Lagos Residents Were Shouting "We're Hungry" After Seeing Tinubu's Convoy, Dele Farotimi Reacts

The Idumota market area’s vendors reportedly voiced their displeasure with President Bola Tinubu after witnessing the presidential convoy, according to DAILY TIMES. The story went on to say that even as Tinubu’s convoy made its way through the busy alleys of the market, the people continued to yell that they were hungry.

Reacting to the report, Dele Farotimi stated that to be forewarned is to be forearmed. He said people should always remember the lessons of the past to prepare the future.

He wrote on his page, “You are hungry? To be forewarned, is to be forearmed. Remember the lessons of the past; 1993-1999. Look to the past to prepare the future”.
