Following the online publication of a report identifying the Nigerian president with the lowest inflation rates after one year in office, social media users responded in a variety of ways. In the report, former presidents which involve; Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Muhammadu Buhari were all considered.

According to the report, Obasanjo remains the president with the lowest inflation rates after one year in office. On his inauguration day, inflation rates was 11.58% but was reduced to -0.05% after one year.
