Recall that Ruth talked about a traumatic event she purportedly had in the military in a now-viral video. She claimed that after she declined to have sex with Col. IB Abdulkareem, a senior officer, her problems started. Ruth claims that Abdulkareem has been difficult for her since her posting in 2022 and has threatened to have her dismissed from the military because she turned down his approaches.
Reacting to the issue, Col. Dare emphasized the importance of a thorough investigation, particularly concerning the officers mentioned by Ruth. He urged for a close examination to uncover the truth and take necessary actions.
In Dare’s words: “If indeed this soldier was so abused the way she claimed she was abused, there is need for them to look into it properly and find a way of bringing to book whosoever is responsible because three officers have been mentioned here and so thorough investigation must be done.
