A group of resentful Lagos PDP aspirants for the 2023 elections have accused former military governor of Ondo State and PDP chieftain Bode George of engaging in anti-party operations. George has replied to these accusations. The group, led by former senatorial candidate Segun Adewole, demanded that George and other party leaders be banished from the organization after they were said to have colluded against PDP candidates in the most recent general election. However, in a recent video shared on YouTube by Channels TV, George refuted the allegations, asserting that if he were still in the military, he would handle the situation differently. He labeled Adewole’s statement as “rubbish” and emphasized the importance of upholding the party’s principles. He said Adewole and his group don’t represent the true Valliues of the party’s founders.
