Amidst the amusing chaos of trying to navigate the complexities of introducing his girlfriends to each other, Pastor Adeboye highlighted one significant relationship that stood out from the rest. He shared the story of a particular woman with whom he shared a deep connection, emphasising their bond and the memories they created together.

According to him, “As a young boy, I was a sportsman, and I loved photography before the day when everybody had become a photographer. If you combine those two, you get a dangerous boy. It got to a stage; I had so many girlfriends, I can’t even remember the number. In occasions where two or three of them (girlfriends) collide in my room, I have a problem introducing one to the other. Oh, this is the daughter of my uncle and my cousin. Glory be to God. But of all these my girlfriends, there was one. We did everything together, and when I say everything, I won’t tell you the details; it’s none of your business. And then we grew up, and she went her way, and I went my way. She got married; I got married.”

“Years past, I was lecturing at the University of Illorin, I’m pastoring our little church at Illorin then. There, in the place of work, they transferred her husband to Illorin. She came with her husband, and she had a baby born lame. And somebody told her, Oh, there’s a pastor in one church up there, take this child to him. If he prays, the child may walk. So she brought the child to the mission house where I was staying, met some people at the verander, and said, I want to see the pastor. They said he’s inside, so she came in and saw me. Ah, old flame, long time no see, tmet cetera. Then she said, I want to see the pastor. And I said yes, Can I help you. She said, I want to see the pastor. I said I’m the pastor. She said, You the pastor? I said yes. She said, You will pray, and God will answer? She didn’t know that between the time she left and now, something had happened. I had met the Lord Jesus.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
