In a video recently shared on YouTube by Channels TV, Shettima said he is not a racist and playfully claimed that he speaks English with better intonation than individuals from India. He also highlighted that India is projected to earn a substantial $100 billion from outsourcing alone this year and he juxtaposed this with Nigeria’s dependence on oil revenue, noting that the highest oil proceeds reached $35 billion during former President Jonathan’s era. He emphasized the vast opportunities for Nigeria to prosper beyond oil, urging the nation to explore diverse economic avenues for sustained growth.
