The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, recently responded to a thought-provoking inquiry from kids about mortality and health. Pastor Adeboye revealed during an RCCG sermon that kids frequently question him, “If you’re never sick again, how are you going to die?” He emphasized that being ill is not a requirement for dying, explaining that being sick is not a necessity for dying. Pastor Adeboye went on to express a blessing over his congregation, wishing them a life free from sickness. He encouraged them to maintain their faith and resilience against the adversities posed by Satan. Pastor Adeboye highlighted the importance of a “second touch,” which symbolizes a renewed strength and protection that ensures what has been reclaimed from negative forces remains secure.

According to him, “Children have asked me, if you’re never sick again, how are you going to die? You don’t have to be sick to die. May I decree to somebody here today that, for the rest of your life, you’ll know no sickness?
