According to Chijioke Ihunwo, On behalf of Obio/Akpor LGA, we want to apologize to Fubara, others for what Wike is doing

 

The residents of Rivers State’s Obio/Akpor local government area have shown support for Governor Siminalayi Fubara in the wake of the political standoff between him and current FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, his immediate predecessor. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Speaking at an event in the local government, Chijioke Ihunwo, the leader of Obio/Akpor simplified movement said they will support Fubara till the end. On behalf of the people of the local government, he also apologized to Fubara, Peter Odili and Goodluck Jonathan for what Wike is doing.

“Obio/Akpor people are simplified. Obio/Akpor people are in support of Fubara. Obio/Akpor people will continue to pray for him. We are going to support him till the end. Fubara will be Governor for 8 years. On behalf of people of Obio/Akpor local government, we want to apologize to the Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara for what our son, Chief Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike is doing. Forgive Martins Amaewhule. Forgive O.K Chinda. We want to also apologize to His excellency, Sir Dr Peter Odili and the wife. We want to also apologize to His excellency, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the wife. These are the people that made Wike.”

 

 

On his part, the representative of Governor Fubara, Awaji-Inombek Abiante recounted the declaration Wike once made when he visited the venue of the event.

He said, “It was right here that our immediate past Governor, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike declared to the world that once a king has been crowned, everybody will defer to the King. Everybody will worship the King. Everybody will serve the king. It was indeed at this very venue that that declaration was made. And it’s in the same place that the people of Obio/Akpor have gathered to join us to say thank you God for what you have done.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
