He drew attention to the unequal distribution of states around the country: five in the South East, six in the North East and North Central, seven in the North West, and six in the South West and South South.

He suggested that while the constitution’s drafters may not have initially recognized these flaws, the loopholes and weaknesses have become evident over time and need to be addressed.

He said, “The representation at the national level is unequal and that’s unfair. We have seven states in the North West; six in North East; six in North Central; six in South West; six in South South and five in South East. Why?
