Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, was sentenced to six months in prison for the mutilation of the Naira notes by Federal High Court Judge Abimbola Awogboro on Friday, April 12, 2024, while the court was in session in Ikoyi, Lagos, according to reports earlier today. Amid that development, the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has released photos of the crossdresser leaving the court with his luggage following his sentence. According to the crimes commission, Bobrisky was arraigned on a four-count charge bordering on mutilation of the Naira notes to the tune of 490,000,00 and pleaded guilty to the charges when it was read to him. Bobrisky was shown a video where he was spraying money on an artist called Segun Johnson and was shown a video at IMAX circle mall, where he spread a total sum of 400,000 at a movie premiere.
