In the interview, Arabambi emphasized that a major barrier to peace inside the Labour Party is the existence of leadership bias against specific people or groups. He maintained that there has always been a sense of unfairness and partiality towards particular ethnic groups or factions within the leadership.

Arabambi emphasized that achieving peace within the Labour Party is complicated by these underlying biases, which have been evident since the party’s inception . He suggested that the leadership’s apparent preference for certain groups has fueled discontent and contributed to internal discord. One example Arabambi cited to illustrate this bias is the recent revelation by Olusegun Opara, which prompted the party’s presidential candidate to address concerns regarding financial transparency.
