In an interview with TVC, Bwala said he had never experienced a situation in an airplane where all passengers were praying for the plane to crash. He likened the country to an airplane, with citizens as passengers, the president and vice president as pilots, and ministers and government agencies as cabin crew officials. Once it has taken off and is above sea level, everybody’s prayer must be the safe landing of the plane. When the plane finally lands, you can complain about the pilot’s skill. You can even complain in mid-air that the way he is navigating around turbulence you are not comfortable. I have never been in an airplane where the passengers are praying for the plane to crash”.
