Following the online release of images showing a sizable audience at the NNPP event in Kano state, social media users reacted on their official X account. According to Abba Kabir Yusuf;

“We were at the Sani Abacha Stadium to hand out candidacy flags to the NNPP candidates for the upcoming local government election in Kano. I used the opportunity to urge our candidates to strategise well for victory and for the electorate to make the most conscious effort to vote for the NNPP, come Saturday”.
