In the videos, a group of ladies can be seen marching in unison on the streets, speaking against the rising violence in Benin City, Edo State, and its effects.
Some of the women could be heard lamenting how the violence has affected relationships in the city.
One of their statements reads: “We no see husband for Benin ooo, them don kill boyfriend finish. Pablo no enter house, kongi wan kill women.”
In another clip, a group of women is seen holding banners, some of which highlight the impact of violence on men in Benin.
