Bode George stated that in order to promote justice, balance, and national integration, as well as to ensure that no region is disadvantaged or dominates others in the political world, their party’s constitution clearly enshrines the concept of power rotation. He stressed the significance of honouring the deal.

In his words, “Now, they devolve the power to the south. Buhari spent 8 years, and our brother, also from there, is saying he wants to be president. You can contest if you want, but the party must not be part of that. Severally, during the first time we started, the party definitely zoned it to the south.
