2023: When I Came Begging For Votes, I Did Not Say You Should Vote For Me As Yoruba Man—According to TinubuPresident Bola Tinubu has stressed the importance of changing the national anthem to “Nigeria will hail” in a video that Channels TV has uploaded on YouTube in order to foster unity among diversity. President Tinubu recalled that during the general election, he implored Nigerians not to vote him based on ethnicity but vote on personality. Tinubu dedicated his position to be ordained by divinity, noting that anyone can be alleviate to be great in life.

President Tinubu alledge that Nigerians are now benefitting from his administration, vowing to work tirelessly on his mandate to provide more developments.

His words, “The question of who you are, you have no control over it. It is God Almighty that put you in that place and make you a member of that family. When I came begging for votes, I didn’t say you should vote for me as a Yoruba man but as Bola Ahmed Tinubu which all of you accepted. And we have seen that result. I’m hanging over that mandate.
