According to the report by the Nigerian Tribune, Adams noted that many Nigerians had high hopes for Tinubu, believing he would perform better than his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari.

He said that however, the current state of the nation has proven otherwise.

According to Adams, the price of fuel has skyrocketed from less than N200 to over N1000 per liter, while the Naira has depreciated drastically against the Dollar.

The Yoruba leader also criticized the government’s handling of insecurity, citing the high rate of abductions and killings across the country.

He questioned the briefings received by the president from security chiefs, expressing concern over their modus operandi in addressing the situation.

Furthermore, Adams condemned the treatment of Nigerians who participated in the #EndBadGovernance protest, who were arrested and charged with treason.

He described this as an attack on human rights and civil society organizations.

Adams strongly denounced the recent fuel price increase, describing it as an attack on Nigeria and an indication of the government’s insensitivity to the plight of millions of Nigerians.

He urged the president and the ruling All Progressives Congress to be more responsive to the needs of Nigerians.

He said, “Mr President, to say the truth without minding whose ox is gored, you have really disappointed many Nigerians who thought you were the messiah they were waiting for. The facts are there to speak for themselves.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
