Volodymyr Zelenskyy once said, “With the weapons in our hands, we can push Putin back to the line of 1991.”

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the president of Ukraine, Ukraine can drive Russian soldiers back to the 1991 boundaries if it has the proper armaments.According to him, Ukraine is constitutionally unable to acknowledge any occupied region as Russian territory. He underlined that this position is applicable to regions that Putin has controlled since 2014, before to the full-scale invasion in 2022. He said in an interview with Fox News, ‘We cannot legally acknowledge any occupied territory of Ukraine as Russian. That is territories that used to be occupied by Putin before the full-scale invasion since 2014. Legally, we are not acknowledging that, and we are not adopting that. But, on the other hand, we understand so far that we don’t have that much force to fight Putin.
