Anyim said during her testimony that she received a “Bsc in Law” from the National Open University of Nigeria, but Pastor Enenche interrupted her and called her a liar. He then requested her to leave the pulpit.

Following public outcry and demands for an apology, Anyim clarified her stance, stating that she holds no grudge against the church and remains committed to serving there.

In a Facebook post, she shared photos of her meeting with Pastor Enenche and his wife, Becky, expressing gratitude for their concern and urging everyone to move forward peacefully.

The church, in its statement, explained that concerns arose regarding Anyim’s language proficiency and the clarity of her academic credentials during her testimony on April 14, 2024.

It noted discrepancies in her speech and academic background, leading to doubts about the legitimacy of her qualifications.

The statement further expressed regret for any inconvenience or hurt caused to Anyim and reiterated the church’s commitment to her physical welfare and spiritual growth.

Meanwhile, photos confirming Anyim’s graduation from NOUN surfaced online, validating her academic achievement despite the earlier controversy.

Anyim herself lamented the treatment she received, stating that she felt disgraced and labelled a liar by her spiritual leader due to language difficulties and a mistaken degree designation.

She clarified that she graduated with a Third Class from NOUN and expressed resilience in the face of adversity, affirming her worth and rejecting negativity. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
