Kenneth Okonkwo was speaking on a topic that he titled “Expatriate Employment Levy and Anti-people Policies” when he made the statement. Okonkwo said the only saving grace for president Bola Ahmed Tinubu after he was declared winner would have been for him to hire competent hands into his cabinet but he failed to do so.
