According to the Daily Post, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, said, “The government should address the issue of Tax reforms properly because it won’t make the economy of the country buoyant. It will only lead to corruption and will not add so much value to the economy of the country. Churches and NGOs will also begin to pay indirect tax yet nothing significant will be done regarding the economy of the country. There is a need for the president to look into it properly so that the intention of the Tax reform will not be defeated, leading to the vindication of those that are opposing it.“

Primate Elijah Ayodele added that the Tax Reform Bill would source more money for the administration of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but it would not address the current economic hardship facing the country. He also acknowledged that the Tax Reform Bill was a good thing, but it would not be handled properly.

Primate Elijah Ayodele went further to call on the administration of President Bola Tinubu that they should prioritize reforms that would make lives better for the good citizens of the country.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
