Ganduje introduced the term “political marginalization of the southeast,” suggesting that the region is not getting its fair share of political power.
He emphasized that the APC is committed to addressing this issue by working to ensure that the southeast has more representation in government, starting with the state of Anambra.
According to Vanguard, Ganduje said, “How can you have five states and ruled by four political parties. What will be your political bargain?”
He also addressed the claim from southeastern leaders that they feel marginalized, arguing instead that the reasons for this feeling stem from decisions made within their own political landscape.
