Chidi Lloyd made this statement during a press briefing which was held in Rivers State alongside former local government committee chairmen. During the press briefing, Chidi Lloyd said, “we are not cowards. We will force our way into local government councils. We have kept quiet because of our leader (Nyesom Wike) who continues to preach peace.”
