According to a Sahara Reporters story, a member of Sangana neighborhood in Bayelsa State reported that military personnel searching for those responsible for the soldiers’ deaths in Okuama Community, Delta State, had visited their neighborhood. According to what the resident said, “They did not shoot anybody, but after they left yesterday (the previous day), this morning (the next day), they came back for nothing. The intimidation is becoming too much. We don’t even know where they came from. They have left now, but who knows whether they will come back or not because of the way they entered? They did not show that they just came to discuss with anybody in the community, and there is leadership in the community. They did not meet with any leaders to say they were looking for any particular person.
