Rear Admiral Mustapha Hassan, the FO Commanding Western Naval Command of the Nigerian Navy, has revealed that an unauthorized vessel apprehended a Ghanaian vessel with 13 crew members for suspected crude oil theft as part of Operation Delta Sanity.
