According to Daily Trust reports, Musa is accused of facilitating various forms of support for bandit groups, including supplying sex workers, nurses, and hard drugs on request. Additionally, he served as a financial courier, distributing over N20 million to the families of bandits. Musa confessed to these activities and identified himself as a chief informant and logistics supplier to bandit groups led by a commander known as Ardo, who is currently at large. The bandits under Ardo’s command are reported to have over 15 members, all armed with AK-47 rifles.
In a related development, the police also arrested Ruqquaya Ibrahim, a 41-year-old housewife, for supplying food and other logistics to the bandits. Ibrahim, a resident of Sabon-Wuse, Niger State, was apprehended at Gidan-Dogo forest en route to deliver supplies.
