Justice M. O. Idowu delivered the ruling on Tuesday in case no: ID/8584/GCM/2024.

The lawsuit involved defamatory comments and videos posted by VeryDarkMan on September 24, 2024, falsely linking the Falana family to controversial internet personality Bobrisky.

The court determined that the statements were defamatory and harmful to the reputations of both Femi Falana and his son.

According to the judgment, VeryDarkMan was aware that the claims were false but still published them with the intent to damage their reputations.

“The defamatory content remains on the defendant’s social media platforms, continuing to harm the applicants’ reputations as long as it stays online,” Justice Idowu stated.

The court ordered VeryDarkMan to immediately remove the offending material.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
