Okuama:Lady ‘School Is Resuming On Monday, How Will My Siblings Go To School When My Father Is Detained?’

 

A few months after the military invaded the Okuama hamlet and killed seventeen soldiers there, the locals alleged that some of their family members who had been taken prisoner by the soldiers had not been released. In She stated that with schools resuming on Monday, she worries about how her siblings will attend without their father’s support. She called on the Federal Government to intervene and ensure that her father is released. She highlighted the emotional toll of her father’s detention, describing the situation as an “unbearable one” for her family.

She said in an interview with Arise TV, ”Right now we need the support of our father in the house. He needs to fulfill his father’s duty. School is resuming on Monday, how will my siblings go to school when my father is detained. Please we are calling on the Federal Government to please come to our aid.
