Through this statement, Obi sought to highlight the importance of selflessness and forward-thinking in leadership, suggesting that genuine progress requires a focus on the greater good rather than individual interests.

According to Ene Obi, “How do you (Wike) leave a place anf then you still want to be involved in what is going on ground. And many of the governors are doing it. They are interested in who is coming after them. A god leader will always ensure the person being him is greater than him.
