As you may remember, in 2019 Hamisu Bala, also known as Wadume, the former mastermind of kidnappings, was sentenced to seven years in prison together with a police inspector and other suspects. However, in April of 2024, he was allowed to return to freedom.
However, following his release from prison this month, a Twitter user has taken to share his during arrest photo and after his release photo on X, popularly known as Twitter.
The Twitter user tweeted: “When arrested Vs When Released.
What did you notice?”
These during arrest and after released photos of Wadume has attracted reactions from Nigerians and social media users, as some have said he added weight in prison, while some have said he is looking refreshed.
