2. Casemiro

The experienced midfielder struggled to find his rhythm in the first half. Casemiro misplaced several passes, disrupting Manchester United’s attempts to build up attacks. His role in midfield is crucial for controlling the tempo and creating scoring opportunities, but he failed to deliver. Instead, Brentford was able to take advantage of the lack of coordination in the midfield. Casemiro’s performance was far from what Manchester United needed, and he will have to step up in the second half if they are to turn the game around.

3. Jonny Evans
