After President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s adviser, Bayo Onanuga, said that Peter Obi should lead the planned demonstration now that he has received support for it, Lauretta Onochie, a well-known figure on the internet, responded. In a post published on his Facebook on Sunday, Onanuga stated that since Peter Obi has publicly endorsed the demonstration that his followers are planning, he ought to follow in the footsteps of President Tinubu and former President Buhari by publicly leading the demonstrators.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
He wrote on his page;
“Now that Peter Obi has come out to endorse the planned protest by his supporters, he should do what President Tinubu and former President Buhari did in the past, by coming out openly to lead the protesters. That is what leadership is about. Not playing the master puppeteer behind the scene. He should be in the forefront of the protest and help in curbing their possible excesses”.
Reacting to Onanuga’s post, Lauretta mentioned that Obi doesn’t have the courage to lead a protest now that Okonkwo has departed from him.
She wrote;
