However, during an interview with Arise News, the Nigerian politician urged the president, Bola Tinubu, not to interfere with the politics of Kano State.

He also revealed that there are some powerful individuals who met with President Tinubu to demand the removal of Abba Yusuf as governor of Kano State, noting that there will be no repercussions.
