According to Al Jazeera, Salami cautioned that these systems would not be sufficient if Israel provoked an Iranian attack by targeting Iranian territory.
“Do not trust the THAAD systems. They are limited, and you have relied on a limited power,” Hossein Salami is quoted as saying by the IRGC-linked Tasnim news website.
He emphasized that Israel cannot emerge victorious in this scenario and that Iran will defeat them.

Salami’s remarks come amidst heightened tensions in the region as Israel continues military operations against Iranian interests and allies in Syria and Lebanon.
He also criticized the U.S. for aligning with Israeli actions against Palestinians, stating that this jeopardizes Washington’s political reputation. Salami’s statements reflect Iran’s strategy to deter Israeli military action and rally support against perceived threats in the region.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
