Hezbollah suffers significant losses in the conflict with Israel, with the death toll surpassing 400.

Hezbollah has acknowledged that one of its senior leaders, Hassan Fares Jeshi, died earlier today in an Israeli bombing in southern Lebanon, according to Times of Israel. With Jeshi’s death, the terror group has suffered a horrific loss as at least 400 Hezbollah fighters have been murdered since October.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Hezbollah eulogized Jeshi, saying he was killed “on the road to Jerusalem,” a phrase the group uses to refer to operatives slain in Israeli strikes. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had previously announced that it had eliminated Jeshi in a drone strike in the Jouaiyya area. The IDF stated that Jeshi was a commander responsible for anti-tank guided missile fire on northern Israel.

The latest strike comes amid a flare-up of violence between Israel and Hezbollah. On Tuesday, the terror group fired about 30 rockets at northern Israel, wounding 19 Israelis. The IDF responded by striking several Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon, including rocket launchers, weapons depots, and military buildings.

The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has been ongoing since October, with the terror group vowing to intensify its attacks along the Lebanon-Israel border in retaliation for the killing of its senior military commander, Taleb Sami Abdullah, earlier this week. Hezbollah has stated that it will cease hostilities only if there is a truce in Gaza, raising concerns of a broader regional conflict.

Since October, Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon have killed over 400 people, most of them Hezbollah fighters, but the death toll also includes more than 70 civilians and non-combatants. On the Israeli side, 15 soldiers and 10 civilians have been killed since the war in Gaza began.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
