Supporters of Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, the New Nigeria Peoples Party’s (NNPP) presidential candidate in the most recent election, expressed dissatisfaction with the party’s performance in Kano State, according to Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
According to Daily Trust, it was reported that Ganduje made this remark during the 8th and 9th APC Kano State House of Assembly Forum Dinner. The event honored notable party members, including Rt. Hon. Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, Rt. Hon. Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Abdullahi Atta, Labaran Abdul Madari, Ayuba Labaran Durum, Babangida Alasan Yakudima, and Baffa Babba Danagundi.
While he was speaking through the Kano All Progressives Congress’ Chairman, Abdullahi Abbas, Ganduje emphasized that the All Progressives Congress is determined to reclaim power from the NNPP in the state.
Abdullahi Ganduje said, “I am always surprised when Rabiu Kwankwaso claims he has the people’s support. I can swear to God, if not for our internal issues, he wouldn’t have won any election in Kano.”
Further talking, Abdullahi Ganduje said that this time around, people will see the reality. And that those politicians who supported Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso during the 2023 general elections are now disappointed and full of regret.
He claimed that the Kwankwasiyya Movement in Kano State is done, and even the Governor is not aware of everything that is happening around him right now.
