Every year Wigwe used to give us N100m for our carnival, he contributed 80% to peace in Isiokpo—According to Amadi

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) of Isiokpo Kingdom, Wobodo Amadi Jr., has expressed his profound sadness over the untimely death of Herbert Wigwe, the former CEO of Access Bank, who perished in a helicopter crash with his wife and son. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

Amadi emphasized Wigwe’s enormous contributions to the community in a Vanguard report. According to him, Wigwe used to provide the village 100 million naira annually for their carnival. He also emphasized Wigwe’s initiatives for job creation and youth empowerment. In addition, he stated that Wigwe was crucial in preserving harmony within the Isiokpo community.

Amadi also shared the community’s plans to honor Wigwe amid preparations for the burial. He said the youths will wear black attire to pay their respects and will provide security at the Port Harcourt International Airport for the arrival of the bodies (Wigwe, Wife, and son)
