In a post on her official X handle, Yesufu said that the CBN Governor’s experiment will negatively impact company owners in the future. The member of the Labour Party suggested that Nigerians hold onto their dollars.
Reacting to this, Farotimi claimed that those condemning the take of Aisha Yesufu lack the intellectual capacity to comprehend the argument she raised. He alleged that those condemning her are interpreting her words through the partisan hatred they have for her.
