Atiku’s electoral shortcomings were reportedly brought up by Wike on Saturday during a luncheon honoring the 10th Legislative Assembly of Rivers State.
According to Wike, Atiku has been rejected by Nigerians after running as the PDP’s candidate in the 2019 and 2023 presidential elections and losing.
He stated, “Assuming but not conceding, he has lost so many times that Nigerians have also rejected him. Shaibu responded to the statement by claiming that Wike’s resentment had filled his heart and that it had caused him to age like a tired septuagenarian over night.
In his message on Twitter, Shaibu also mentioned that Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara is more than capable of taking on Wike.
He stated, “Who truly needs rest, former Governor Wike or Atiku Abubakar? Can’t you see how the weight of bitterness has aged a man in his 50s into the likeness of a weary septuagenarian overnight?”
He asserted, “Such is the toll of a heart consumed by resentment—unable to show grace, incapable of charity.”
“Rather than face the truth, he deflects, but it’s clear that the young and resolute Fubara is more than a match for him.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
