The Niger state governor was making a speech after he was awarded at the Leadership Conference and Awards when he made the statement. Bago said Nigeria needs to feed it citizens by being productive. He said he is not an advocate of palliative because he doesn’t believe in it.
The Niger state governor was quoted as saying;
“It is time we tell ourselves the basic truth. We need to feed ourselves. It is a shame for people like Ukraine in war to be giving us food. Nigeria needs to be productive.
