Othman-Ngelzarma highlighted the Sultan’s background in the military, his unwavering stance on truthfulness, and his advocacy for marginalized communities, underscoring him as an exemplary leader.
Furthermore, Othman-Ngelzarma underscored the collective responsibility to safeguard the Sultanate institution, urging the Sokoto State Government and the Sokoto State House of Assembly to exercise caution and take necessary steps to preserve and protect Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar’s position as the Sultan of Sokoto.
