During an interview on Kunle Afod’s YouTube channel, Ajagbe recounted how a fellow actress ignored a village warning, leading to a shocking encounter with a giant snake.

According to Ajagbe, he and his team traveled to a village in Ikotun for a movie shoot when their car broke down on the way. With no other option, they walked to the location. After finishing their shoot, they became extremely hungry but had no food. In search of something to eat, they decided to look for fruit trees in the area.

During their search, they came across a river, which they later learned was considered sacred by the villagers. The local elders had given a stern warning that no woman wearing a waist bead should enter the river, as it was a long-standing tradition of the community.

Despite the villagers’ warnings, one of the actresses in the group secretly wore a waist bead but chose not to tell anyone. Ignoring the instructions, she entered the river without revealing that she had violated the sacred rule and a snake almost killed her.

In his words: “We went to a village in Ikotun to shoot a movie when our car broke down on the way. Since we couldn’t fix it, we had to walk to the village. After filming on set, we were too hungry to walk back, so we decided to look for fruit trees to eat something. While searching, we came across a river near the area. Before we arrived at the location, the villagers had already warned us that any woman wearing a waist bead must not enter the river.”

He continued; “However, there was a stubborn girl among us who secretly wore one but didn’t tell anyone. Ignoring the warning, she went into the river. Suddenly, we were called to the river, and when we got there, we found a large snake wrapped around her. Panicked, we ran to the village chief for help. He later took us to the shrine, where a sacrifice had to be performed before the problem was finally resolved.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
