After El-Rufai Sued Kaduna House Of Assembly Over ₦432Bn Probe Report, Senator Shehu Sani Reacts

Senator Shehu Sani, the former senator who stood in for the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, responded to reports that Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna State, had sued the Kaduna State House of Assembly over a ₦432 billion investigative report.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

While reacting, Senator Shehu Sani, commended the Kaduna State House of Assembly for the probe of the finances of Kaduna State, starting from 2015 to 2023, noting that the people of Kaduna appreciate their courage and patriotism. He went on and made it known that the people of Kaduna State will give the members of the Kaduna State house of assembly the necessary support they need to recover the looted funds, irrespective of whoever that is involved.

Senator Shehu Sani made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Wednesday evening. He went on and made it known that they will never accept the the impoverishment of the people of Kaduna State, and the strangulation of the future of their children by mountains of opaque and fraudulent loans.

Senator Shehu Sani wrote: “Again, I wish to commend the Kaduna State House of Assembly for the probe of the finances of Kaduna state from 2015-2023. The people of Kaduna applauds and appreciate your courage and patriotism. We shall give you all the necessary support you need to recover our looted funds, irrespective of whoever is involved.

“We will never accept the economic asphyxiation of the economy our state, the impoverishment of our people and the strangulation of the future of our children by mountains of opaque and fraudulent loans.”

It should be recalled that the immediate past Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, reportedly sued the Kaduna State House of Assembly over the claim that ₦432 billion was siphoned during his eight-year administration, leaving the state with huge debt liabilities.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
