In a statement issued in Abuja, he expressed strong disapproval of a recent ruling by a Federal High Court that ordered the seizure of the state’s monthly allocations.
Frank characterized the court’s decision as part of a broader strategy to either compel Fubara to join the APC or to remove him from his position.
He noted that the silence from the President regarding the alleged constitutional violations by the courts and police in Rivers State was telling.
According to Frank, “Already all security agencies and federal government institutions are against Fubara because they have been directed to ensure that Fubara succumbs to the President wishes or be removed.”
“There will definitely be consequences for any illegal action aimed at destabilising Rivers State or intimidating, persecuting and removing Fubara from office. Rivers’ people and the Niger Delta will resist it to the extent that the entire country will feel the impact as the President will not be able to quell the unimaginable uprising that will result from the action,” he said.
He encouraged Fubara to remain resolute in his commitment to the people and to defend the sovereignty of Rivers State, emphasizing that the citizens are united in their support for him.
Frank highlighted the importance of timely intervention, urging the international community to take action before the situation escalates into a crisis.
